OK, It may seem early, since we're only on Day 3 of the current mission and still have a good way to go (plus yet another ship to incorporate late in the mission), but I'm working out the finishing touches of our next mission, and I am totally stumped for a good title.
Synopsis: The Taevon Summit is still on-going on the station, but tempers have cooled a lot and after the Elyshan show down the delegates seem more willing to cooperate, at least for now. Having noticed an increasing number of out-dated starships turning up missing from their berths in storage yards across the Federation, Starfleet command begins planning contingency scenarios in case those ships fall into Elyshan hands. As part of preparation for those scenarios, Admiral Meyer orders a wargame in which a single Refit Constitution class cruiser will attempt to "take out" a starbase to open an avenue for attack by an Elyshan fleet.
And guess what starbase he picks to run the wargame at? Yep. Home sweet starbase, 386.
Right now the only things set in stone for this mission is that Lange will command the "bogey", as he has a lifetime of experience combating pirates, the ship will be re-fitted for the wargame to simulate modern weaponry and defensive systems, and we get to have lots of fun.
Presumably while Lange is off the base for the wargame, LtJG Kenah would be moderating/observing the summit in his stead. So, Kenah, if you want to discuss what will be going on with that with me any time between now and the end of our current mission we can work all of that out.
So... anyone have a good title idea? Or any other suggestions?
Here are the three that I've come up with:
"Up Periscope" - this mission being partly inspired by the Kelsey Grammar film "Down Periscope" "Playing Pirate" "Just because it's old..." - This would likely be followed up with the next mission title completing the statement in some way, if we used it.

Alright, ladies and gentlemen, I'm planning on starting this mission on the first of the month. It will start at about Station Day 12 or so when the USS Sentinel NCC-1728 is towed into dock to be refurbished for the wargame. In the mean time, please continue posting in the current mission on Days 5 through 11.
So... here's the deal. As I said previously, the summit will still be going on. Other than that, most everyone will be involved in the wargame to some extent.
What I need to know is, who wants to be on what side?
Lange will be commanding the Sentinel as the "enemy" ship for the war game. No, I haven't decided who wins yet.
With that said, who wants to be on the Sentinel and who wants to be on 386/Peacekeeper/Ticonderoga to try and stop the Sentinel?

Well I don't know if you had any particular ideas for Raven, but I think she'd ask to join the Captain on the Sentinel. As we've seen, she has a lot on her mind on the personal side, and this might offer her a change of pace and the chance to focus on something else than her own pain for a while.
As for a name for the mission, (assuming you haven't chosen one), so far I only have:
With your permission, Commander Richardson will be remaining aboard the base as acting station commander. I think it will prove very interesting to see just how well his experience will help him in the defense of the station. Besides, it will give Lange a run for his money.

You can put Quinn where ever you want him...although it might be interesting to have him station on the station just because thats not what he's used to and may force him to adapt to it.
